Please note...

Children will be assigned to age groups based on their age in May (start of soccer season). For example if your child is currently 4, but turns 5 betwen now and May, they will be placed in the 5&6 year old age group. As well, if your child is 4 in May, but turns 5 in June, they will stay in the 3&4 year old age group. I understand this can cause some issues with friends who are in the same school year and not being in the same age group, but with the large number of children registering at once, it is easiest for us to go based off of age at the start of soccer season. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

 

Information about the Soccer Program:

Dates/Time: May 7th - June 25th, 2025. Every Wednesday evening, 6:30-8pm

Cost: $40 per child ~ Included in this cost is a t-shirt for each child, a snack for each week, and a meal provided at our year-end BBQ (The year-end BBQ is a free BBQ for all the children and their families)

Registration: Registration takes place online and is a first-come-first-served basis (opens on February 19th, 2025)

Payment: Payment for soccer must be made by the first night of soccer. We can accept cash, etransfer, or cheques made out to Port Perry Baptist Church. 

Age group breakdown: 3&4 year olds (must be 3 by May 1st, 2025), 5&6 year olds, 7&8 year olds, 9-12 year olds 

A typical night at PPBC Soccer: Children start out the night with team announcements and warm-ups. They then switch between playing a game and doing drills. Half way through the night, all teams break for a snack and will hear a short bible lesson from their coaches. Following snack, teams go back to playing a game or doing drills.
